Dongguan Holdings (000828.SZ) plans to acquire 65% of the shares in Low Altitude Economic Corporation

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Dongguan Holdings (000828.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire 65% of the shares of Dongguan Low Altitude Economic Development Co., Ltd. (“Low Altitude Economy Company”) held by Dongguan Transportation Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (“Traffic Control Group”), with a transaction price of 6.554,200 yuan. The company's related parties, Dongguan Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd., Dongguan Port Group Co., Ltd., and Dongguan Road and Bridge Investment and Construction Co., Ltd. intend to simultaneously transfer 15%, 10%, and 10% of the shares in low-altitude economy companies held by the Traffic Control Group. After the transaction is completed, the low-altitude economy company will be included in the scope of the company's consolidated statement.

According to reports, the Low Altitude Economy Corporation is the only state-owned platform in Dongguan that focuses on low-altitude economic operation services. The business focuses on the three major directions of low-altitude government services (G-end), flight services for transportation, logistics, insurance, etc. (B-side) scenarios, and other extended services. In order to give full play to the deep collaborative development of transportation infrastructure and diverse application scenarios and the low-altitude economy industry, and actively lay out a strategic emerging industry circuit, the company funded the establishment of a low-altitude economy industry fund in August 2026 to focus on investment in the technology and hardware industry chain involving drones and eVTOL machines. With the acquisition of a controlling interest in the Low Altitude Economy Company, the company achieved a “fund+capital+integrated operation service” layout in the low-altitude economy industry ecosystem, which is in line with the medium- to long-term development strategy of transformation and upgrading of the company's main business, and conforms to the long-term interests of the company and all shareholders.
