On July 20, 2026, the company signed a “Computing Power Service Contract” and a “Computing Power Service Framework Cooperation Agreement” with a state-owned supplier (“SA Supplier”). The two parties reached a total framework procurement agreement for 128 sets (the first batch of 32 units already purchased) of high-end computing power servers and supporting computing power services. Recently, the company signed 3 “Computing Power Service Contracts” with SA suppliers to purchase a total of 43 GPU computing power services. The service period is 5 years, and the total amount of the three contracts including tax is about 453 million yuan.

If the above contracts and agreements are successfully implemented, it will provide a resource guarantee for the continued development of the company's computing power leasing and sales business.
