According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hesheng Innovation Group (00754) announced that for the eight months ended August 31, 2026, the total contract sales amount of the Group and its joint ventures and associated companies was approximately RMB 4.492 billion; of this, property contract sales were approximately RMB 3,909 million; and renovation contract sales were approximately RMB 583 million. For the single month of August 2026, the total contract sales amount of the Group and its joint ventures and associated companies was approximately RMB 719 million, of which property contract sales were approximately RMB 648 million; and renovation contract sales were approximately RMB 71 million. For the eight months ended August 31, 2026, the Group and its joint ventures and associated companies had a property contract sales area of about 224,574 square meters, and the average property contract sales price was approximately RMB 17,400 per square meter.

For the eight months ended August 31, 2026, the Group and its joint ventures and associated companies have a total contract sales area of about 16,735 square meters of non-self-invested properties (managed properties) under the “Hop Seng” brand, with a contract sales amount of approximately RMB 1,010 billion. For the single month of August 2026, the Group and its joint ventures and associated companies have a contract sales area of about 1,012 square meters for properties managed by Hop Seng, and the contract sales amount is approximately RMB 70 million.
