CSIC Power Group released the first self-developed “Nuclear Diesel Engine No. 1” 6 MW nuclear power emergency diesel generator set in China. At the same time, the CSIC Hudong Heavy Equipment Nuclear Power Service Center, a subsidiary of CSIC Power Group, was officially inaugurated, indicating that China has fully mastered the core technology of independent design, development and manufacturing of this class of units to make up for the shortcomings in the autonomy of high-power emergency power supply equipment for nuclear power.
