Heyuan Gas announced that the company previously disclosed its investment in the construction of the Yichang Electronic Specialty Gas and Functional Materials Industrial Park project. Recently, the holding subsidiary and Yuanxin Materials completed a safety production license exchange, adding 500 tons/year of nitrogen trifluoride, 16,000 tons/year of tetraethyl silicate, 500 tons/year of tungsten hexafluoride, 2000 tons/year of vinyl triethoxysilane, 730.69 tons/year of hydrofluoric acid, 390 tons/year of methyl orthosilicate, 10,000 tons/year of ammonia solution, 906 tons/year of methanol and 3,600 tons/year of vinyl trichlorosilane.
