Hongtong Gas announced that the company plans to postpone the “Hongtong Smart Cloud” gas informatization construction project and extend the date of its intended use from December 31, 2026 to December 31, 2027, and continue to invest the remaining capital raised in the project; plans to complete the natural gas supply project in the Korla Economic and Technological Development Zone to raise 3.4267 million yuan in savings; and plans to terminate the 13th Division's natural gas reserve and infrastructure support project, saving 335 million yuan in capital raised. The company plans to permanently supplement working capital with the accumulated revenue of 41.531,400 yuan from the cash management of the above project savings and idle raised funds totaling 380 million yuan. The above matters still need to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for consideration.
