According to the news, Everest Gold announced this morning that it will issue a total of 277 million shares or 16.38% of the expanded share capital to 6 subscribers, with an allotment price of HK$1.60 per share, a discount of 17.95% from the closing price of HK$1.95 on September 21, and raising a total of about HK$443.2 million. At the time of completion, China Silver's equity in the company will be diluted by about 35.37% to about 29.57%, and as far as listing rules are concerned, China Silver will no longer be the company's controlling shareholder, but it will still be the single largest shareholder. Therefore, the non-competitive promise made by Baiyin of China for the company's listing as the beneficiary will be terminated in accordance with its terms.
