(Ping An Good Doctor for short), attended the summit and delivered a report on the theme of “Integrating Medical Insurance, Building and Co-creating a Win-win”.

Zhu Yougang shared the four dimensions of China's safe industry layout, medical insurance cooperation opportunities, cooperation guidelines, and co-construction paths. He pointed out that Ping An of China is committed to building a full-scenario medical and health service cooperation ecosystem for customers. The medical insurance collaboration market space is vast, and clinic network co-construction is a key vehicle for transforming industry opportunities into actual business. In 2025, Ping An achieved health insurance premium revenue of 159 billion yuan. According to estimates, insurance liability (health management) and free benefits correspond to the total demand for medical and health services of about 50 billion yuan; combined with an annual claim fund pool of nearly 250 billion yuan and a corporate health management scale of about 40 billion yuan, the medical insurance collaboration market space is broad. The needs of commercial insurance customers for chronic disease management, outpatient review, testing, etc. are an advantage track for primary clinics, which can bring business growth to clinic partners. He proposed that the joint construction of a clinic network should strictly abide by three basic agreements and two collaborative management mechanisms: strictly adhering to clinical standards, strictly adhering to quality and safety, and optimizing service experience; ensuring data security; and implementing dynamic hierarchical co-construction. The project will proceed in an orderly manner according to the four stages of application evaluation, contract acceptance, pilot operation, and large-scale joint construction.

He said that the joint construction of the clinic network will build a four-party collaborative primary healthcare service ecosystem: Peking University Medical exports clinical pathways, quality control systems and expert human resources to promote the decline of high-quality medical capabilities; Ping An Good Doctor exports digital capabilities, product co-creation and operation support to open up online and offline service links; Ping An Health Insurance provider's insurance payment, direct medical payment network and customer rights design, and innovate multiple payment models; and cooperative clinics and community medical institutions are responsible for implementing service delivery and continuously improving the patient experience. All parties adhere to standards and empowerment in parallel, and open resources to partner institutions in a hierarchical manner, ultimately allowing more people to receive professional, sustainable, and accessible health services at their doorstep.

During the summit cooperation ceremony, Dr. Ping An Hao, Peking University Healthcare, and Clinical Lockdown held the launch ceremony of the “Medical Insurance Integration and Clinic Network Co-construction In-depth Cooperation” and jointly signed the “In-depth Cooperation Framework Agreement on Clinic Network Co-construction and Medical Insurance Integration”. Wu Dongliang, assistant general manager of Peking University Healthcare, Wu Hongliang, general manager of Ping An Good Doctor's Pharmaceutical Equipment Business Department, and Chen Zhilin, representative of the medical surveillance industry, completed the signing of the agreement on behalf of the three parties. Representatives from the first batch of ten interested institutions participated in the launch of the project.

According to the agreement, the three parties will cooperate around clinic network construction, medical capacity collaboration, medical insurance integration exploration, and industry capacity building. Peking University Healthcare will select the best clinic institutions on the market to cooperate, build key cities and key specialist collaboration networks, recruit development partners from the industry, and jointly transform the service needs of Ping'an's more than 253 million customers into professional medical and health services within reach of their doorstep, promote the deep integration of quality services and commercial insurance scenarios.
