The vehicle power grid of Kelu Electronics (002121.SZ) was accepted by the court for bankruptcy and liquidation

The company recently received the Guangdong Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court's “Civil Ruling” [(2026) Guangdong 03 Breakdown No. 650 and No. 720] from the participating company Shenzhen Vehicle Electric Network Co., Ltd. (“Vehicle Power Grid”). It learned that the Guangdong Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court decided to accept creditors' bankruptcy and liquidation applications for vehicle power grids.

The applicant Tang Qiong and 72 others applied to the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court of Guangdong Province for bankruptcy and liquidation of the respondent's vehicle power grid on the grounds that the respondent's vehicle power grid was unable to pay due debts and clearly lacked solvency. After examination, the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court of Guangdong Province found that the applicant Tang Qiong and 72 others had maturing claims on the respondent's vehicle power grid, confirmed by legal documents in force, and had creditor status. The respondent's vehicle power grid is a limited liability company, and has gone through enforcement procedures and is still unable to settle the debt. It can be determined that the maturing debt is no longer payable, clearly lacks solvency, and has the cause of bankruptcy. The Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court of Guangdong Province ruled to accept the bankruptcy and liquidation application filed by 72 people including the applicant Tang Qiong against the respondent Shenzhen Vehicle Electric Network Co., Ltd. This ruling takes effect immediately.
