China Hong Kong Energy (00931) completed the issuance of 100 million subscription shares to raise approximately HK$28.8 million

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Hong Kong Energy (00931) issued an announcement. On September 21, 2026, it was implemented in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, and the Company has distributed and issued 100 million subscription shares to the subscribers, which is equivalent to about 1.21% of the total number of issued shares expanded through allotment and issuance of subscription shares immediately after completion.

The total proceeds and net proceeds (after deducting related expenses) from the issuance of subscription shares were HK$29 million and approximately HK$28.8 million respectively. As disclosed in the announcement, the net proceeds from all subscription matters are intended to be used as the Group's general working capital, including rent expenses, staff costs, professional expenses and other general administrative and operating expenses.
