It was jointly developed by Galaxy Aerospace and Pengcheng Laboratory, the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering of Southern University of Science and Technology, the National Key Laboratory of Satellite Internet, and the Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory for Aerospace Communications and Network Technology. This satellite is the first domestic technical verification satellite to bring 5G NTN base stations, core networks, space-borne AI intelligent computing, satellite-terrestrial lasers, and microwave communication to the sky.
