Currently, some platforms use the advantages of traffic and algorithms to raise hidden costs by means of high commissions, mandatory binding, opaque data, and low cost drainage, etc., harming the competitive order, harming corporate interests, and limiting service quality upgrades; “one location, multiple stores” and “shadow kitchens” affect food safety and consumer experience. The initiative promotes disclosure of platform rules and transparent algorithms. Platforms should actively disclose transaction rules, disclose key matters such as search ranking, traffic allocation, commission rates, and promotional activities in accordance with the law to guarantee operators' right to know and fair trade.
