The company's shareholders deposited 296.773 million shares into Yuanku Securities, reducing their shareholding ratio by 49.56%.

China Canada Guoxin issued an announcement stating that all conditions contained in the placement agreement have been met, and the completion was carried out on September 16, 2026. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement agent has placed HK$0.140 of each share at the placement price and placed a total of 29.6773 million shares to no less than six undertakers, which is equivalent to approximately 6.25% of the company's expanded issued share capital immediately after completion of the allotment and issuance of the placement shares.
