The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia reiterated in its ruling that it is necessary to end Google's monopoly, remove market restrictions caused by its anti-competitive behavior, and refuse to allow Google to continue to enjoy its illegally obtained monopoly power and profits.
