Neobo Fastigheter to Sell Swedish Properties, Plans Up to SEK100 Million Share Buyback

11:52 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Neobo Fastigheter (NEOBO.ST) agreed to divest its property portfolio in Skara, Skövde, and Mariestad in Sweden to an investor group, according to a Wednesday release. The portfolio has an underlying value of 480 million kronor, which is 16% below book value as of June 30. It comprises 562 apartments across 23 properties, with a total leasable area of 43,400 square meters of residential and commercial spaces, as well as an 8% economic vacancy rate and 5.5% direct yield. The real estate company will use proceeds from the property sale to launch an up to 100 million-krona share repurchase program through 2027, to be carried out after the completion of its ongoing 50 million-krona buyback offer.
