Zhitong Finance App learned that on September 16, Jizhijia disclosed a voluntary announcement: the sale of 489.154 million shares (about 4.78% of the company's total issued shares) held by Marcasite Gem Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of Huaping Investment, has completed the sale.

The announcement made it clear that the sale does not involve the issuance, allocation or repurchase of shares by the company, nor does it affect the total number of issued shares, and is not expected to have any significant adverse impact on the Group's business operations or financial situation.

Huaping Investment has been an early financial investor who has accompanied the company for nearly ten years since the first round of shares in 2017; this arrangement more reflects the rhythm of the fund cycle, and the company's operating fundamentals and long-term growth logic have not changed.

The next highlight of the market is returning to company fundamentals. Gizhijia's growth momentum is driven by multiple engines: revenue from subscription-based smart warehousing services is expected to reach 1 billion yuan in the next three years; the new product RoboShuttle Hyper released in August is expected to contribute 3 billion yuan in revenue over three years; and the cumulative shipment volume of custom smart products is expected to exceed 10,000 units over three years. Thanks to the collaboration of multiple engines, the company is expected to usher in stronger growth.

At the same time, the company used real money to endorse the valuation repair. Since this year, Jizhijia has repurchased 36 times, with a total repurchase amount of 44.2498 million shares, with a cumulative repurchase amount of HK$419 million. The continuous and intensive buyback campaign shows management's confidence in future operations. Basically oriented, multiple engines are working hard, and repurchases are increasing, and the window for revaluation of the company is opening up.
