According to the report, the 58-series company controlled by Yao Jinbo repeatedly reduced its holdings of Wanwuyun shares in violation of regulations in June and July, until it was cleared, and a total of about HK$209 million was cashed out. Among them, it sold Wanwuyun H shares several times in June and July 2026, without prior written notice as required by the listing rules; the transaction from July 20 to July 31 directly fell into the ban period reported by the company, constituting a double violation. According to financial reports, Yao Jinbo informed the company that between June 10 and June 29, the 58 series company he controls reduced its holdings by a total of 6.74 million shares on the market, and the transaction price ranged from HK$16.03 to HK$20.70. From July 20 to July 30, it once again sold 5.11 million shares of Wanwuyun through an on-market transaction. The transaction price ranged from about HK$16.62 to about HK$18.12.
