Zhongcheng Energy (02337): Zhang Shaoyan was appointed as an independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Zhongcheng Energy (02337) announced that (i) Mr. Zhang Zhifeng has resigned as the company's independent non-executive director, member of the company's audit committee and nomination committee, and chairman of the remuneration committee; and (ii) Mr. Zhang Shaoyan has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director, a member of the company's audit committee and nomination committee, and the chairman of the remuneration committee, all with effect from September 16, 2026.
