Aterian Plans Capital Raise to Fund Tungsten Trading Trial

04:04 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aterian (ATN.L) said Wednesday it intends to raise 180,000 pounds sterling through a zero-coupon convertible loan note to fund a tungsten trading trial by its Rwandan subsidiary Eastinco. The loan note will convert into shares at 0.25 pound per share upon notice or automatically on Dec. 31, 2026, while investors will also receive 300,000 warrants exercisable at 0.325 pound and expiring Feb. 15, 2028. The African-focused critical and strategic metals company will use the proceeds to fund operational support systems and expand Eastinco's premises to handle and aggregate tungsten material for onward sale.
