The joint venture will be engaged in the manufacture and sale of motorcycles, and all products produced will be exported overseas. After the deal, Stellantis, Tianqi Holdings, Wang Peng, and Tianqi New Dynamics held 49%, 21%, 20%, and 10% of the joint venture respectively, and jointly controlled the joint venture.
