According to the news, Yurong Group issued an announcement. On September 15, 2026 (after the trading period), the board of directors of the Company was notified by Caihui Investment Co., Ltd. (Caihui), the controlling shareholder of the Company, that it had sold a total of 176 million shares (shares) of the Company from September 8, 2026 to September 15, 2026, accounting for about 38.54% of the total issued share capital of the Company on the date of this announcement.

Immediately prior to the sale of shares, Caihui had an interest in 188 million shares, accounting for about 41.27% of the total issued share capital of the Company on the date of this announcement. Following the sale of shares, Caihui held 124.46 million shares, accounting for about 2.73% of the total issued share capital of the Company on the date of this announcement, so it is no longer the controlling shareholder of the Company.

On September 15, 2026 (after the trading period), the board of directors was also notified by Hellobaby International Limited that it had purchased 132 million shares from Caihui on September 15, 2026 for approximately HK$0.454 per share, accounting for 29.00% of the total issued share capital of the Company on the date of this announcement, and has become the main shareholder of the Company.
