Wison International (01340) plans to issue a total of 11 million subscription shares to raise approximately HK$5.1 million

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Wison International (01340) announced that on September 15, 2026, the company signed a subscription agreement with the subscribers Mr. Li Gang and Ms. Mo Suying. The company plans to allocate and issue a total of 11 million subscribed shares. The subscription price is HK$0.48 per subscribed share. A total of 11 million subscribed shares is equivalent to about 7.36% of the company's issued share capital which was expanded through allotment and issuance of subscription shares immediately after completion. The subscription price is HK$0.48 per subscription share, with no discount from the closing price of HK$0.48 per share reported on the Stock Exchange on the date of the subscription agreement.

The directors believe that the subscription matter is an opportunity to raise capital for the Group's business operations while expanding the company's shareholder base. The total proceeds from the subscription will be HK$5.28 million. After taking into account the estimated expenses relating to the subscription, the estimated net proceeds from the subscription will be approximately HK$5.1 million, which is equivalent to the net price of each subscribed share of approximately HK$0.464. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the issuance of subscription shares of approximately HK$5.1 million as the Group's general working capital (including debt repayment).
