Today, the Company noticed several online forum posts mentioning Mr. Wu Zeyuan (also known as Mr. Wu Xinhong) (Mr. Wu), the founder, chairman and CEO of the Company, claiming that Mr. Wu has sold (or intends to sell) his holdings in the Company (such rumors).

To avoid any potential misunderstandings from the public, the Company would like to make the following clarifications. The Board of Directors (Board of Directors) of the Company was advised by Mr. Wu that Mr. Wu has never sold any shares (shares) of the Company, nor has any plans or intention to sell any shares or otherwise reduce his holdings in the Company.

Mr. Wu has increased his shareholding in the Company several times since May 10, 2018, which shows his continued confidence in the Company. The board of directors was further informed by Mr. Wu that he purchased 1 million shares of the Company at an average price of HK$3.899 per share on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited open market on September 15, 2026 (this increase in holdings). Following this increase in holdings, Mr. Wu's total equity interest in the Company increased from 595 million shares to 596 million shares, and the proportion of the Company's issued share capital increased from about 12.97% to about 12.99%. Since May 10, 2018, Mr. Wu has purchased a total of 6.58 million shares.

Mr. Wu further reiterated to the board of directors that he believes that the company's business fundamentals remain strong, and that in view of the continued acceleration of the company's product innovation and long-term growth potential, he will not rule out further increasing its holdings in the Company at an appropriate time.
