The reporter learned that the China Securities Association is currently investigating the transformation of brokers' wealth management with the aim of mapping out the industry's current status, major issues, and policy demands in the fields of buyer investment and asset allocation of all categories. The survey covered 75 aspects, including long-term asset preservation and appreciation rate of customers, proportion of profitable customers, stability of positions, reinvestment ratio, etc.; investigating the extent to which investment remuneration is linked to long-term AUM of customers, and whether to establish mechanisms such as salary deferral, investment follow-up, customer retention rewards, and revenue compliance rewards. The research specifically focused on brokers' desire to optimize the most urgent regulatory policies, including allowing investment services to charge diversified fees, including private equity funds and ETFs within the scope of investment. Clarifying the arrangement of brokers' escrow bank financial management systems, expanding the coverage of insurance and financial management licenses, issuing regulatory documents on consignment insurance and financial management, expanding the total amount of QDII, and lowering the threshold for cross-border financial management were also highlighted.
