Another shareholder of Singapore Sidhuang, Accord, plans to simultaneously transfer 51% of its shares. After the transaction is completed, Hong Kong Sidhuang will no longer hold shares in Singapore. The transaction uses SGD 16.186 million as the benchmark price for 100% equity in Singapore Sturang. The final price will be adjusted based on profit and loss from November 30, 2025 to the expected delivery date. This transaction does not constitute a related transaction or major asset restructuring. Currently under negotiation, no formal agreement has been signed, and there is a risk of extension or termination.
