The company signed a cooperation framework agreement with Zhejiang Anjin Pediatric Medical Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (Anshiner) to cooperate on artificial intelligence for medical imaging, grass-roots imaging cloud services and medical data products. The cooperation period is three years from the date of signing.

The two sides plan to combine the multimodal medical imaging capabilities of iMediImage® with the Group's unique resources to jointly build a “digital imaging” provincial competency base around pre-diagnosis consultation, initial image screening and report interpretation to create a provincial medical model application benchmark; rely on the operation of the pilot base of Security Clinic and the collaborative resources of medical institutions to explore the “inspection at the grassroots level, identification in the cloud, and review at the provincial level” imaging cloud service model to jointly develop a medical AI assisted diagnosis cloud platform in Zhejiang Province; and jointly develop high-quality medical data sets, artificial intelligence training materials and research data Analyze products and explore A new model of medical data capitalization.

The board of directors believes that this cooperation will help combine the Group's medical imaging base model and software and hardware product capabilities with medical resource coordination, clinical scenario organization and achievement transformation support at national pilot sites to promote collaborative innovation among medical institutions, research institutions and enterprises around clinical needs through specific projects, explore R&D, verification and application of high-quality data sets, specialty models and innovative products, and expand the upper limit of medical research and diagnosis and treatment innovation. The Group also plans to further expand model services, explore a pay-per-use model of token (the unit of measurement of model processing information), support medical institutions to use high-quality image analysis capabilities as needed, lower the application threshold, promote the extension of services to primary diagnosis and treatment and out-of-hospital health management, expand the commercial space for model services, enhance the baseline of primary diagnosis and treatment capabilities, and make artificial intelligence technology benefit more people more quickly by building a new model of “healthy China” in Zhejiang. This cooperation will help expand the commercialization space for model services, promote the application of artificial intelligence in disease prevention, health risk prediction, diagnosis and treatment, and conform to the overall interests of the company and shareholders.
