From January to August, the company achieved cumulative total commercial operating revenue of about 9.644 billion yuan, an increase of 3.28% over the same period last year.

In August, the company achieved a contract sales amount of about 889 million yuan, a decrease of 43.59% over the same period last year; the sales area was about 140,900 square meters, a decrease of 29.12% over the same period last year. In January-August, the company achieved a total contract sales amount of about 8.107 billion yuan, a decrease of 40.24% over the same period of the previous year; the cumulative contract sales area was about 1,3054 million square meters, a decrease of 25.31% over the same period last year.
