On September 11, the Information Office of the Jilin Provincial Government held a policy briefing to introduce the “Implementation Plan for Ice and Snow Holidays in Jilin Province”. At the meeting, relevant responsible comrades from the Jilin Provincial Department of Education explained that on the basis of a comprehensive summary of the work experience in 2025, the Jilin Provincial Department of Education will implement snow and ice vacations in compulsory education schools. The schedule is for 3 days every year from December 1 to 20, with consecutive holidays on Saturdays and Sundays, forming a “3+2” or “2+3” 5-day long vacation.
