UK's Monthly Manufacturing Output Up 0.9% in July

02:10 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The UK's monthly manufacturing production climbed 0.9% in July, following a 0.5% dip in the prior month, the Office for National Statistics said Friday. Analysts expected a 0.2% gain for the month. On a yearly basis, British manufacturing output rose 2.6%, compared with the 0.5% growth earlier and the consensus estimate of a 2% increase.
