The Zhitong Finance App learned that Haina Star Technology (08297) has suspended trading since July 2, 2025. Due to the completion of the resumption guidelines, trading was suspended for more than 14 months and resumed trading this morning. It opened at HK$0.1 this morning. According to the news, on the evening of September 10, Haina Star Technology announced that it had reached all the guidelines for resuming trading issued by the Stock Exchange and that trading of shares will resume at 9:00 a.m. this morning. Trading of the company's shares was suspended on July 2, 2025, and it has been over a year since then. Previously, the company delayed publication of the performance report. The company stated that the suspension of trading was mainly due to serious management instability, high employee turnover (especially key financial and leadership positions), operational and financial difficulties, and the resulting interference with accounting records and audit procedures.

In June of this year, Haina Star Technology announced its annual results for the year ended March 31, 2026, with a turnover of about HK$27 million, a year-on-year decrease of about 8.5%; net loss of HK$5.248 million, a year-on-year decrease of 82.52%.
