The two sides reviewed the cooperation between the Mainland and Hong Kong in drug supervision and had in-depth exchanges on further supporting Hong Kong's drug supervision work. Huang Guo said that at present, drug regulatory exchanges and cooperation between the Mainland and Hong Kong have entered a new stage. Under the framework of cooperation between the two sides, various types of cooperation are progressing in an orderly manner and are continuously implemented. The State Drug Administration will continue to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, thoroughly implement the “Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area”, actively support Hong Kong in improving its drug supervision system, enhancing its supervisory capacity, and better integrating and serving the overall development of the country. Lin Wenjian thanked the China Drug Administration for its long-term support for drug supervision in Hong Kong and explained the progress of preparations for the Hong Kong Pharmaceutical Regulatory Center.
