China held a commencement ceremony for the 10-kilometer road rehabilitation project in Kigali City in Rwanda on the 8th. In his speech, Minister of State of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Rwanda, Bizimungu said that the project fully demonstrated the strong and enduring friendship between Russia and China. He said that currently the city of Kigali continues to develop, and there is an urgent need for transportation upgrades, and the implementation of this project is timely. After completion, the project will significantly improve traffic flow, improve road safety, and enhance the level of connectivity throughout Kigali, providing strong support for urban development and economic growth.
