China Express (03969) elects Qiu Wei as employee director

The plenary session of the company's employee congress elected Ms. Qiu Wei as an employee director for the 5th board of directors of the company. Mr. Yao Guiqing, a member of the fourth board of directors of the company, is not seeking re-election as a director after his term as a director expires.
