At the semi-annual results meeting on September 8, Zhang Jinsong, chairman of Yandongwei, explained that Yandong Technology's 12-inch production line plans to have a monthly production capacity of 40,000 pieces. Currently, the monthly production capacity of construction has reached 40,000 pieces, with a yield rate of over 99%. In the future, as the transition to mass production of new products accelerates, the output scale will rise steadily. The 12-inch production line of the Nortel Integrated Project is planned to have a monthly production capacity of 50,000 pieces. Construction of the project began in 2024. Construction and process research and development are progressing simultaneously and efficiently. Equipment import began in the fourth quarter of 2025. Currently, it is still in the stage of equipment commissioning and production capacity climbing. Mass production is expected to be achieved by the end of 2026, and full production in 2030. Since foundry profits are affected by multiple factors such as downstream demand in multiple fields, industry supply, and upstream costs, the company's two production lines are currently climbing steadily, and will gradually reach a break-even balance as orders and yield increases.
