According to news, recently, Yingen Biotech and Genentech, a subsidiary of Roche Group, signed a cooperative license agreement to develop a variety of next-generation ADC drugs for tumor indications based on the company's DUPAC platform. Under the cooperation agreement, Yingen Biotech will collect a down payment of $45 million and will be eligible to receive a total of over $1 billion in potential development, regulatory and commercialization milestone payments for all cooperative projects. Additionally, the company will have the right to charge tiered royalties for the annual net sales of approved products resulting from the cooperation.

CITIC Construction Investment released a research report stating that the company is a leading innovative ADC drug development platform company in China and has built four major technology platforms: DITAC, DIMAC, DIBAC and DUPAC. DB-1311 has entered the global Phase III clinical trial and is actively expanding the “ADC+IO2.0” combination and multiple indications; DB-1303 has gradually entered the registration and cashing period, and innovative pipelines such as DB-1418, DB-1317, and DB-2304 continue to advance. At the same time, the company has reached cooperation with a number of global pharmaceutical companies, and down payments, milestone payments and potential sales shares are expected to form a long-term source of revenue.
