In terms of industrialization progress, CVD diamond products have entered the verification stage for leading customers in the industry; diamond-copper composites have been sent to key customers for verification. In the field of civil cooling, products from all technology routes are currently in the downstream customer verification stage. If progress goes well, it is expected that small-batch orders will be commercialized within the year.
