Previously, the company verified and clarified false statements such as “Xingyun Technology's computing power card is stuck in customs” on online social networking platforms, investment communities, etc., and has taken necessary legal measures such as alerting the public security authorities. Recently, the Kaifu Branch of the Changsha Municipal Public Security Bureau issued an administrative penalty decision on the relevant offenders involved in the above matters and informed the company in writing. According to the “Public Security Administrative Penalty Decision” (Public Security Administrative Penalty Decision (2026) No. 1636), it was discovered by the public security authorities that on August 11, 2026, the relevant offenders retweeted the unverified information in the WeChat group. Knowing that the information might have an adverse effect on the company after publication, they still forwarded the information to a large number of WeChat groups, causing the information to spread further and cause adverse effects. According to the provisions of Article 29 (1) of the “Public Security Administration Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China”, the Kaifu Branch of the Changsha Municipal Public Security Bureau decided to impose administrative penalties on the relevant offenders.
