Tasnee Agrees to Reschedule SAR2 Billion Financing Facility with Banque Saudi Fransi

09:27 AM EDT, 09/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- National Industrialization Co (SASE:2060), d/b/a Tasnee, agreed to reschedule its existing 2 billion-Saudi-riyal financing facility with Banque Saudi Fransi. Under the amended agreement, the seven-year facility, originally executed on Jan. 1, 2019, will retain a seven-year term, according to a Monday release. The agreement reschedules the repayment profile in line with the industrial, chemical and petrochemical company's cash flows. Tasnee said the deal was made on prevailing commercial terms, with no preferential conditions.
