VIB Vermögen Fully Leases GreenBiz Park Development Project in Germany

08:22 AM EDT, 09/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- VIB Vermögen (VIH1.F) signed a long-term lease agreement with a hotel operator for the remaining 2,960 square meters of space at its GreenBiz Park development project in Erding, Germany. The construction of the commercial hall and three additional buildings under the project will start in the first quarter of 2027, according to a Monday release. The commercial hall is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027, while the other three buildings are slated for completion by mid-2028. The commercial property company noted that it previously secured lease agreements for 6,600 square meters with a major IT service provider, 5,500 square meters with an upmarket hotel operator, and 11,000 square meters with an industrial tenant.
