All conditions contained in the placement agreement and supplementary agreement have been fulfilled, and the placement matters have been completed on September 7, 2026. The placement agent has successfully placed a total of 58.838 million shares to no less than six undertakers according to the adjusted placement price of HK$1.06 per share, which is equivalent to approximately 10.53% of the company's issued share capital after the placement was completed and expanded by issuing the placed shares immediately after the placement was completed.
