Among them, it is proposed that the main indicators for copyright development during the “15th Five-Year Plan” period are as follows: the number of works registered nationwide is 7.49 million in 2025, and the target is 9.5 million in 2030; the number of registered computer software copyrights in 2025 is 3.18 million, and the target is 4 million in 2030; the copyright pledge financing registration amount is 8.4 billion yuan, and the 2030 target is 12 billion yuan; the value added of the copyright industry in 2025 is 7.46% of GDP; the value added of the core copyright industry accounts for 7.53% of GDP in 2025 The share is 4.72%, and the 2030 target is 4.79%.
