Outlet Group Plans Euronext Oslo Børs Listing, Up to NOK500 Million Capital Raise

05:05 AM EDT, 09/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Outlet Group plans to list its shares on the Euronext Oslo Børs and raise up to 500 million Norwegian kroner through a public share offering to retail investors. The Norwegian retailer of sports equipment and apparel said Monday that proceeds from the share issue were earmarked for its business growth plans, as well as warehouse expansion investments. Outlet Group said the listing and offer, which are expected in the third quarter, are subject to bourse and regulatory approvals, as well as other market requirements.
