According to Zhitong Finance App, Daye Co., Ltd. (300879.SZ) issued an announcement. In the first “sunset review” initiated by the US Department of Commerce on June 1, 2026, no domestic US producer or other interested party submitted a substantive response within the specified period. The US Department of Commerce decided to withdraw anti-dumping and countervailing duties on hand propelled gasoline lawn mower products exported from China to the US. This decision will take effect from July 13, 2026. From that date, imports of such products from the US will no longer be suspended from customs clearance and will not be subject to anti-dumping/countervailing duty guarantees.

This time, the US Department of Commerce rescinded the anti-dumping and countervailing tax decision on Chinese exports of US hand propelled gasoline lawn mower products, which will push the company back to a level playing field for the US export business. At the same time, the company will use a more competitive price system and stable and reliable supply chain capabilities to effectively reshape its competitive advantage and further consolidate and expand the company's strategic initiative in the US market.
