From today until the 12th, the Chinese People's Liberation Army is sending troops to Russia to participate in the practical exercises of the ASEAN Defense Ministers Expanded Conference on Humanitarian Demining Experts. The exercise was set against the backdrop of the multinational military's joint humanitarian clean-up operation in mixed explosive-contaminated areas. It mainly carried out operational exercises such as clearing battlefield areas, using mechanical mine detection dogs, and clearing improvised explosive devices, to promote the exchange of demining experiences and capacity building among countries, and enhance regional peace and stability.
