Extreme Perspective (06636) signed strategic cooperation agreements with Jihu GitLab and Best Management Consulting respectively
Zhitong Finance App News, Extreme Vision (06636) announced that the company signed a strategic cooperation agreement (Jihu GitLab) with Jihu Information Technology (Hubei) Co., Ltd. (Jihu GitLab) on August 20, 2026, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Best Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (Best Management Consulting) on August 28, 2026 (Best Management Consulting Strategic Cooperation Agreement, together with the Jihu GitLab strategic cooperation agreement).
Company directors believe that the Jihu GitLab strategic cooperation agreement marks a further deepening of the company's strategic positioning in enterprise-level AI agents and token services. Relying on Jihu GitLab's vast ecosystem of developers and enterprise customers, this collaboration is a landmark step for the company to commercialize a visual language model, develop a self-developed token revenue model with large models and smart solutions, and establish a standardized and replicable token service product.
According to the Jihu GitLab strategic cooperation agreement, the two sides agreed to carry out extensive and in-depth cooperation in the following fields:
1. Platform technology integration and token service access: Integrate the company's visual language model into Jihu GitLab's development and operation platform in the form of a token service, with the aim of empowering the enterprise software development process with AI visual capabilities. Specific areas of exploration include integrating Jihu GitLab's self-developed platform with the company's model training and inference platform and application development platform, and studying technical solutions to provide enterprise customers with large-scale model application development and token call services covering the entire process of “R&D - production - sales - service - management”; and further exploring standardized cooperation paths and SaaS-based business models after verifying the feasibility of benchmarking scenarios to form a replicable cooperation model of “integrating the R&D tool chain into visual intelligence”;
2. AI Smart Device Ecosystem Alliance: Jointly launch the “AI Smart Device Development Alliance” as a brand carrier for ecological collaboration, integrating respective developer communities and industry partners, and using the Frontier Deployment Engineer (FDE) service model as the core operating mechanism to transform actual business problems into viable AI engineering solutions, thereby establishing a value co-creation cycle; this cycle accelerates talent development, strengthens brand collaboration, and lays the foundation for future strategic cooperation; and
3. Developer community and brand collaboration: Jointly establish an active developer community through official platform designation and integration of exclusive rights, and carry out brand collaboration and joint publishing work, including joint press releases and continuous industry content output.
The directors believe that the Best Management Consulting strategic cooperation agreement will enable the company to draw on Best Management Consulting's nearly 20 years of experience in the field of enterprise consulting and jointly establish and cultivate an FDE team combining “business consulting and technology” to support large-scale implementation of enterprise-level AI large-scale model solutions and address the shortage of FDE talents in the industry. In addition, the company can use cooperation with Best Management Consulting to broaden customer channels and enhance the company's competitiveness and brand awareness in the enterprise-level AI service market.
According to Best Management Consulting's strategic cooperation agreement, the two parties agreed to fully cooperate in the following areas:
1. Joint solution and service development: Jointly form an FDE team to develop a comprehensive solution package integrating management consulting and technology platforms, focusing on the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading needs of enterprise customers;
2. Joint marketing and business development: deploy a team of joint consultants and engineers to conduct collaborative sales, including joint participation in marketing activities, joint publication of industry reports and case studies, and provision of AI transformation training; and
3. Talent and knowledge exchange: Mutual cross-training on FDE methods between AI engineers and management consultants to cultivate a comprehensive FDE talent team and explore future opportunities for joint ventures.
