Taichenguang announced that the first meeting of the sixth board of directors of the company deliberated and passed a number of proposals: electing Zhang Zhimin as the chairman of the sixth board of directors; establishing four special committees on audit, remuneration and assessment, nomination, and strategy; appointing Zhang Yiming as general manager and financial director; appointing Cai Bo as board secretary; appointing Xiao Xiangjie and Geng Peng as deputy general manager; and appointing Xu Hongye as securities affairs representative. The terms of office of the above personnel are all until the end of the sixth term of the board of directors.
