Sun Cable announced that the 10th meeting of the 11th board of directors of the company reviewed and passed the bill and agreed to by-elect Huang Zhong as the vice chairman of the 11th board of directors of the company. His term of office is the same as the term of the 11th board of directors. Huang Zhong does not hold shares in the company. He is currently the chairman of Fujian Yili Group Co., Ltd., which is the shareholder of the company holding more than 5% of the shares. There is no situation where he is prohibited from being a director of the company.
