This act is suspected of violating the “Price Law of the People's Republic of China” and “Regulations on Clear Pricing and Prohibition of Price Fraud”, infringes on consumers' legitimate rights and interests, and disrupts the operating order of the travel market. At present, the investigation of this case has been completed and the legal review has been completed, and a “Notice of Administrative Penalty” has been delivered to the business entity. Once the legal procedures have been completed, the official penalty results will be promptly disclosed to the public.
