On September 3, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Shell Group held a signing ceremony in Guiyang to jointly sign the “Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation for the Development of the Housing Industry”. According to the agreement, under the overall guidance of the Guizhou Provincial Housing and Construction Department, Shell will promote cooperation implementation around the five major dimensions of platform construction, standard co-construction, talent cultivation, revitalization of existing assets, and brand promotion. The two sides will explore innovative ways to revitalize and utilize existing resources to enrich the supply of residential products.
