Pri0r1ty Intelligence Buys Pirkx Assets, Technology Platform

02:50 AM EDT, 09/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group (PR1.L) purchased the operating assets and technology platform of Pirkx from its administrators, BTG Begbies Traynor London, for an initial cash payment of 50,000 pounds sterling. Under the terms of the agreement, the data, artificial intelligence, and marketing services group will also pay royalties equal to 4% of revenue, capped at 350,000 pounds, every quarter over five years, according to a Friday release. Pri0r1ty Intelligence will also assume Pirkx's existing payroll liability, estimated at 38,000 pounds per month.
